By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these T&C, which also incorporate our Privacy Policy.
To make these T&C easier to read, terms that begin with a capital letter are defined below:
Site: This website, including any sub-sites, and all Content, Marks, and Products & Services available on it.
Jorsay Corporation (or "we," "us," "our"): Jorsay Corporation is a Maryland corporation operating as Jorsay Corporation.
Content: All text, documents, information, images, graphics, software, videos, sounds, and other materials available on the Site. This includes Marks and Products & Services.
Mark: Any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo, or custom graphics used by Jorsay Corporation.
Products & Services: Travel items available through the Site, such as airline tickets, hotel rooms, car rentals, tours, travel insurance, etc.
Provider: Jorsay Corporation's suppliers, licensors, and travel/leisure service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).
Book: To reserve a Product or Service.
Note: The Site, Marks, Content, and Products & Services definitions do not include any content or services provided by third parties (like linked websites). Your use of those third-party sites is subject to their own terms.
These T&C govern your use of all Content, Products & Services available on the Site. You agree to use the Site legally, responsibly, and in a way that protects the goodwill and reputation of Jorsay Corporation and its Providers.
When you Book Products & Services (e.g., a flight or hotel) or participate in promotions, additional terms will apply.
Provider Terms: You must comply with all rules and restrictions set by the Provider (e.g., airline contract of carriage, hotel cancellation policies) and pay all associated amounts when due. These terms are typically found on the specific booking or registration page.
Eligibility: Minors (as defined by local law) are not eligible to register for, use, or Book Products & Services on the Site.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site only as permitted by these T&C. All other rights regarding the Site are reserved by us.
Permitted Use: You may use the Site only for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g., making legitimate reservations).
Permitted Copying: You may download, display, or print one (1) copy of any part of the Content for your personal records, provided you do not modify it and retain the appropriate copyright notice.
You are prohibited from doing any of the following without our prior written consent:
Copying/Distribution: Copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing, or selling any part of the Content or the Site.
Framing: Using framing, mirroring, or reverse engineering techniques on any portion of the Site.
Automated Tools: Using any robot, spider, or automatic device (or manual process) to monitor or copy Content.
Fraud: Making false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations.
Interference: Using any device or routine (like viruses or malware) that interferes with the normal operation of the Site or imposes an unreasonable load on our equipment.
Illegal Activity: Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or offensive material, or using the Site for any illegal purpose.
Termination: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time without advance notice or liability.
Site Changes: We may change, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, Content, or Products & Services at any time without prior notice.
T&C Changes: We may modify these T&C at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By accepting these T&C, you consent to the information practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Site available 24/7, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or downtime due to maintenance or system outages.
Content is intended for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, there may be errors, or the information (especially that provided by Providers like hotel amenities) may not be complete or current.
Action Confirmation: Do not take action based on Site information until you receive a confirmation of your transaction, typically sent within 24 hours of Booking. If you don't receive it, check your spam/junk folder and then contact our Customer Service.
We make reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Site, but we cannot guarantee the Site is free from all viruses or harmful software. You must take appropriate safeguards before downloading information. We assume no responsibility for resulting damage to your equipment.
By offering international travel, Jorsay Corporation does not warrant that travel to that point is advisable or without risk.
Your Responsibility: We urge you to review and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, and advisories issued by governments (e.g., at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov) before Booking.
Liability: We do not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays resulting from improper documentation (for entry/exit) or from travel to risky destinations.
We provide links to third-party sites for your convenience. When you click these, you are leaving our Site. We are not responsible for the content, security, or terms of those external websites.
Our Property: The Site, including all Content and Marks, is the sole and exclusive property of Jorsay Corporation or its licensors. All rights (copyright, trademark, patent, etc.) are retained by us and are protected by law.
Trademarks: Jorsay Corporation and other Marks displayed (e.g., PICASSO TOURS & CRUISES) are trademarks of Jorsay Corporation or its Providers and cannot be copied or used without prior written permission.
Your Submissions: Any communication or material you transmit to us (like comments, ratings, ideas) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting them, you grant us and all users a worldwide, permanent license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that material.
Jorsay Corporation may charge a non-refundable service fee for processing your travel reservations. You are responsible for all other charges, fees, duties, and taxes related to your use of Products & Services.
The Site, Content, Products & Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Jorsay Corporation and its Providers make NO WARRANTY of any kind, including that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that the Content will be accurate, complete, or timely.
Providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) are independent contractors, not agents of Jorsay Corporation.
IN NO EVENT will Jorsay Corporation or its Providers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages from computer viruses, delays, errors, or the acts/omissions of Providers) arising from your use of the Site or the services offered.
Maximum Liability: If Jorsay Corporation is found liable, the total combined liability of Jorsay Corporation and its Providers will not exceed US$250.00.
You agree to defend and indemnify Jorsay Corporation and its Providers against any third-party claims resulting from your breach of these T&C, your violation of any law, or your use of the Site.
Governing Law: These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (USA), excluding its conflict of law rules.
Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be filed only in the state superior court and/or federal district court located in Frederick County, Maryland (USA).
Attorney Fees: The prevailing party in any legal action will be entitled to recover all reasonable legal expenses.
You are responsible for ensuring your booking complies with Provider terms. Charges will appear on your card statement as "Jorsay Corporation.". You agree to specific procedures regarding documentation and timing if a chargeback is initiated. Jorsay Corporation does not accept third-party credit card payments.
These T&C, along with referenced documents (like the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
